Team LoweRiders (TLR) revolves around LoweRiders Bikes and Boards the local bike shop in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. TLR is comprised of members primarily from Chester County. However, the team’s membership stretches east to west from Philadelphia to Lancaster and north to south from Allentown to Delaware.
